Our curriculum builds strong maths fundamentals from pre-KG (1–10 concepts) to UKG level mastery in 4-digit addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, along with strong language skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi. As long as you have the passion in place, the discipline, nothing is impossible. Usha Lamba is an entrepreneur, Montessori teacher, counsellor and CEO of Agaram Montessori Preschools. Passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders by teaching the future generation important skills and developing confidence and resilience in children, Usha focuses on new developments in the field of education, in a fast changing and increasingly global world. Usha Lamba received her qualification as a Montessori teacher in the UK, which was immediately followed by a working stint with her trainer. After gaining the rich experience of working with children in the UK for a number of years, Ms Lamba returned to India as Principal in a reputed Montessori school. Later she went on to head and enrich a number of other Montessori institutions in the country.In 2007 she completed a Master’s degree in counselling from the University of South Australia. Since then, she has spent many afternoons working with children and teenagers in local schools in Singapore, conducting Motivational Workshops, seminars and one-on-one counselling sessions. Drawing from her vast background in teaching and training, Mrs Lamba has introduced many innovative features in the Agaram Kids curriculum, which help young children fulfil their potential. Her vision for the school shows her commitment to continue learning and growing, to keep her staff and teachers up to date with the latest developments in the field of preschool education through training programmes and workshops.
An accomplished Montessori educator with over 25 years of experience, Gina has demonstrated her ability to teach, motivate and direct teachers in her previous roles as Director of Little Scholars Montessori and Playschool, Kolkata- a Delhi Public School undertaking and as a Principal of Serra International Pre-school, Indiranagar, Bangalore. She has shared her expertise and experience through Workshops for parents and teachers covering various topics related to early childhood. With her in-depth and thorough knowledge of the learning requirements of children of different age groups, she constantly reviews and develops plans to keep our curriculum updated for optimal achievement by students. Gina is also a constant guiding force for the The Agaram Kids parent community, helping them to cope with the tireless, yet hugely rewarding, job of parenting through workshops, and whenever needed, individual counselling sessions. An effective listener, speaker and communicator, she involves the staff, students and teachers in our shared vision and establishes goals that are clearly articulated, easily understood and effectively communicated. Day-to-day planning, effective supervision and setting priorities, while promoting a positive, stimulating environment, is part of her vast area of responsibilities, that she executes with great efficiency. Always approachable, Gina believes cooperation makes for better coordination. With her approach, she fosters efficiency and effectiveness among the educators.
